New items - December 2019

A whole range of new items were recently added to Minecraft Earth at the start of December. Note that while these items are now included in the item database that does not mean they are obtainable yet. However hopefully it does mean we'll be seeing them in game soon!

The entire list is included below, however some of the highlights include:

Slime
Slime mobs, slimeballs and even slime blocks have been added. Exactly how they might be obtained is still unknown, and while it is exciting to see slimes added, there are still no pistons or sticky pistons in MCE, so any chance of adding pistons to your redstone contraptions may still be a way off.

Terracotta
The whole range of Terracotta and Glazed Terracotta have been added, which has no doubt been much awaited by many players who have been wanting to add a bit of color to their buildplates!

Dark Oak and Acacia
Dark oak and Acacia logs, planks, fences, slabs, stairs and trapdoors are all now included. Some missing saplings have been added as well, however it seems as though regular sapplings are still missing from the item list, suggesting we may still have to wait before sapplings are actually available in the game.
